Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add an expense?
Tap the + button on the home screen, enter the amount and select a category. You can also scan a receipt using the camera icon for automatic data entry.
Can I set up recurring bills?
Yes! Go to Settings > Scheduled Bills to add recurring expenses like rent, subscriptions, or utility bills. Billula will remind you when they're due.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Export Expenses to download your expense history as a CSV file that you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Is my data secure?
All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your financial information. You can also enable biometric authentication for added security.
How do I set a budget?
Tap the "Budgets" button on the home screen to set monthly spending limits for different categories. You'll receive alerts when you're approaching your limits.
What is Advanced Mode?
Advanced Mode unlocks additional features like receipt scanning, payment method tracking, expense profiles, and more detailed analytics. You can enable it in Settings.
